Tio Boto is a small eco resort in the Surinamese jungle.
From Paramaribo it's about a 2.5 to 3 hour drive to Atjoni, and from there another 3.5 hours by dugout canoe.
The resort has 6 huts with single and double beds.
If you'd rather sleep in a hammock, that's possible too.
At Tio Boto you can enjoy the sun, the beautiful sounds of the birds and the magnificent tropical rainforest around you, and have a lovely swim in the river and its rapids.
Adventurers can also go fishing and grill their catch over a wood fire in the evening.
Please note: with 2–3 people the trip is made with a shuttle service; from 4 people the resort charters a dugout canoe.
